Positive: Location most staff was helpful and friendly
Negative: One of the managers that worked at the front desk was harassing me while I was eating breakfast in the dining area she had no business in that area in the first place second I have a service dog for a reason because I have seizures she was very rude and just being unnecessary I technically don't have to have my dog in the stroller I do it because it's easier for me she was concerned with which way the wheel was facing it was literally centimeters she was just being petty like she had nothing else to do I don't know what the difference between a centimeter is it's just like she had to come over and say something just because so you could know like she's a boss probably not in control of anything at her own house so tries to come to her job and act like she runs s*** but besides the point harassing me for no reason asking me to move a centimeter like that would do anything the dog needs to be facing me to look at me to see what I'm doing in case he needs to alert me of it of a medical emergency so again the lady was being unnecessary and I feel like she just needs to say something to me just to do it

Negative: The hotel is getting grey hair and need some serious revamping. The room was just about clean enough. The bathroom also had a decent amount of work to be done to get to some standard. Doors were paper thin, we had an "en suite" and we now know everything about our neighbors. The gym was good but the pool not so. It is small pool on the parking lot, and more of a kids play area than something to do your laps in.
